Premature Ejaculation

Do you reach orgasm faster than you can say, "Jack Rabbit Jim"?  Many men dread this situation, and with good reason.  Cumming too early or too fast robs you and your partner of the pleasure that sexual intercourse can give.  This is believed to be the most common sexual complaint of couples. About 29 percent of men are reportedly bothered by these episodes.

There are many reasons why a man "cums" too fast.  Biologically, men experience climax much earlier than women.  They do so 2-3 minutes after penetration, in contrast to women who take their time (about 12-14 minutes).  Likewise, there are also psychological factors that bring about early ejaculation.  These include guilt, anxiety (lack of experience), or fear of sexually transmitted infections, potential pregnancy, etc.   Older men are also known to be able to control their ejaculation as compared with their younger counterparts.  They credit it to their experience.

So, how can you control yourself from ejaculating too quickly?  One way is to exercise your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, which is the primary "sexual muscle" that forms part of the pelvis. The PC muscle is largely involved with sexual functions such as ejaculation and orgasm. With regular exercise, this muscle can provide firmer and larger erections, powerful ejaculations and more intense climaxes

Damiana - Male Potential

Many men will ask, "Is there a pill that will help me perform longer?"  Well I have heard of a aphrodisiac shrub that grows in Mexico, Central America and the West Indies.  Historically it has been used to increase sexual desire.  I  purchased some myself, but have not used it yet.  So I'll keep you posted in a future article about its' effectiveness.

I do personally know men that tell me it really does work.  They claim that this plant increases erection quality and after cumming, their penis still remains hard."

Well that is quite a claim, and I am going to have to try this one out."   OK, OK, I know you are asking what is it?  It's called Damiana,  and it's use is controversial.  I found some serious safety warnings about it's use:

"Damiana is LIKELY SAFE when taken in amounts commonly found in foods. Damiana is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken in medicinal amounts, but there have been serious side effects. Convulsions and other symptoms similar to rabies or strychnine poisoning have been reported after taking 200 grams of damiana extract."  (www.webmd.com)

A typical dose contains 400 mg. of Damiana.  200 grams would be the equivalent of taking 500 doses, which is a ridiculous amount for anybody.  So let's not get crazy here when experimenting with an unknown, Use your common sense.

I went to the Amazon website and found quite a variety available.  I ordered Rain Forest Damiana , and can't wait to try it out and see how it works.  Try it yourself and let me know in a comment or email how it works out for you.

It's been 2 months now, since purchasing Damiana.
I have taken 60 drops in a shot glass with water, 2 times daily, and also  1 tablet of Source Naturals L-Arginine/L Citrulline Complex daily.  I went from lasting 5 to 7 minutes on average to 20 to 25 minutes on average now.  Very happy with the results.  It makes me feel like a stud and my wife loves the renewed energy in the bedroom.
Please let me know in an email or comment below, how it works for you. midlifehealthanswers@gmail.com
